Trainers at PEAC
PEAC’s personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs. They will instruct and assist people in reaching their personal health and fitness goals.
Our trainers have a thorough working knowledge of the human anatomy and the concepts of functional exercise, basic nutrition and the fundamental principles of exercise for each individual. Our trainers have the ability to design and execute individual and small group exercise fitness programs, tailored to the needs and attainable goals of the individual in a safe and effective way. We have a desire to help individuals to better their health and fitness goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercise.
We will motivate others in an encouraging and uplifting way towards improving their overall fitness and health. Our trainers maintain personal integrity, client confidentiality and professionalism.
Member Services Coordinator/Trainer
Liz pursued her passion for fitness after experiencing her own personal journey to improve her physical health. Liz understands that life is busy and wants to help her clients find the time and motivation to make exercise a part of their healthy routine. Liz’s philosophy is id you believe in yourself and put forth your best effort, you can achieve anything.
In her spare time, Liz enjoys going on long bike ride long the D&R canal, hiking, running 5ksand cooking. She also volunteers as a coach for Girls on the Run in New Hope.
Chris J. Draper CSCS, RD, LDN
Chris specializes in nutrition and training for sports and exercise, weight management, wellness, endurance coaching and consulting. He has competed and coached individuals for endurance events such as marathons and Ironman triathlons, and is the director of PEACycle.
His commitment to his own training gives him greater awareness of the support his clients need, both physically and mentally, to prepare them for their events or fitness goals.
Tamica’s goal is to empower women through fitness. She provides all her clients with a tailored 360 degree fitness training program. With each of her clients, Tamica focuses on balance, strength and movement. When Tamica is not training r working out, she enjoys listening to music, relaxing at the beach, traveling, dancing, sewing and cooking. Most of all, she loves spending time with her son, family, and friends.
She enjoys assisting future moms in maintaining their fitness levels throughout pregnancy, as well as helping them discover comfortable and safe exercise routines after childbirth. She loves helping each client find the workout to support their individual needs and goals.
Andrew Halko, CSCS
Andrew joined PEAC in 2000 and believes you must train specifically and efficiently to obtain your goals. Andrew’s clientele spans all ages and demographics, from young athletes to seniors with health considerations, including joint replacements and Parkinson’s.
When he is not at the club, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, and is actively involved in his children’s various sports pursuits.
Betty Ivins, CSCS
Personal Trainer Director
Before joining the PEAC training team, Betty was a member since the club’s opening in 1997. With a lifetime involvement in athletics and fitness, Betty has been involved in scholastic swimming, track, basketball, and dance. She has also participated in and trained for synchronized swim teams. Betty Conveys her philosophy “make it fun and make it forever” to her clients.
When not at PEAC, Betty spends time in her garden, and is always good for a new recipe or a healthy twist to an old recipe.
Nick believes motivation, support and encouragement go a long way. With each of his clients he establishes a personal connection to gain a comprehensive understanding of their fitness goals, and develops a personalized program that is motivational and progressively challenging. Nick reinforces the importance of having fun and being creative while working out.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports and going to the beach.
Lori enjoys helping her clients become acquainted with fitness. She believes that fitness is a journey, not a destination. She strives to help her clients make health a priority in their life. She assists everyone, whether they are just starting out, are looking to achieve a goal, or just want to find a new way to enjoy fitness. Her philosophy is that we are the sum of our choices.
When not at the gym, Lori enjoys biking, going to the beach, taking long walks, yoga, high intensity interval training, and pilates.
Dave strives to make health and fitness become an enjoyable part of life. Dave believes that there is no one size fits all approach and that each person mush individually enjoy their own process of a healthy lifestyle. Dave aims to help you reach new levels of fitness, while enjoying the process along the way.
Outside of the gym, Dave enjoys playing sports, spending time with friends, and trying new activities.
Heather (Patterson) Raub
Heather approaches each client individually to develop an exercise program specific to his or her needs, limitations, or goals. She loves to problem solve with her clients to come up with better ways to move, focus on form, and function. Using creative techniques to challenge the body and mind, she encourages her clients from the beginner to the seasoned exerciser, to accomplish their fitness goals. Most importantly, she feels a program should be fun and rewarding.
Heather’s personal interests include running, strength training, and being outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her family. Heather has been a professional photographer for 15 years.
Christine trains in a way that allows her clients to be more functional for everyday living. A healthy and fit body will allow for easier participation in all the fun activities of life.
