Tina Del Castillo, C.M.T.
Tina V. del Castillo, C.M.T has over fourteen years of massage experience and is Board Certified with the state of New Jersey. She received her certification with the Ariel Center for the Healing Arts in 1996. She is trained in Aromatherapy, Aroma Reflexology, Orthopedic Massage, as well as other various massage techniques. In addition to being an experienced massage therapist, Tina is a CHEK Exercise Coach and received her Associates Degree in Exercise Science from Mercer County Community College in 2007. Tina strives to help her clients reconnect with their bodies, recognizing the value of surrendering oneself from the demands of daily life to reach complete relaxation and reap the benefits of corrective work that will enhance their exercise performance and everyday life. Tina enjoys going to concerts, biking, hiking, gardening, and cooking. She is always proud to attend her children’s activities in theater and sporting events.

Kathleen Czaihowski, C.M.T.
Kathleen Czaihowski (Kathy Mac), is a 2002 graduate of The School of Body Therapies, where she studied Deep Muscle Therapeutic Massage. Her eclectic technique incorporates a number of modalities, including Acupressure, Stretching, and Trigger Point work. Through continuing training and education Kathy also offers Reiki, Warm River Stone, Raindrop Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Prenatal Massage. Kathy’s goal is to work with the client to make each massage unique and specific to his or her needs. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys walking, spending time with her family, and vacationing.

Nick Palumbo, C.M.T. is a graduate of the Helma Institute of Massage Therapy. Nick is trained in several massage modalities including: Swedish, Shiatsu, Pre-natal, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage and has been a Reiki practitioner since 2001. Nick discovered massage while searching for relief after a motorcycle accident in 2000, which helped him discover a passion for wellness. In addition to working with experienced massage recipients, Nick especially enjoys introducing newcomers to the benefits of a massage. He is a firm believer in the mind/body connection and knows that a relaxed body and calm mind is a core component of wellness. While not practicing massage, Nick is pursuing a degree in Nursing and Health Studies. In his spare time Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Jen, watching professional sports together, playing with their pets, and hitting the local beaches and parks. New to the Ewing area, Nick is looking forward to becoming part of the PEAC community.

Dawn Zarenkiewicz, C.M.T.
Dawn Zarenkiewicz, C.M.T. is a 2000 graduate of The School of Body Therapies where she studied numerous modalities; including Deep Therapeutic, Sports Massage, Massage for Cancer Patients, and pre-natal massage. Dawn has taken multiple continuing education classes including compassionate touch, lymph drainage massage, Reiki level II and has worked with several cancer, heart, stroke, and surgical patients to aid in their recovery. With over 18 years in the health and wellness field, Dawn has been able to help many clients experience great healing. Dawn is passionate about healing and is thankful to be able to devote her compassion, empathy, and therapeutic skills to help others. Dawn loves to learn and enjoys spending time with her family at the beach or just at the park playing all kinds of sports.
