Our Group Exercise Program is happy to provide a wide variety of classes and encourages you to work at your own pace! All classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise stated.
- BEACH BODY READY: Beach season is approaching. Get sexy arms, abs, thighs, and gluten with fresh moves using Gliders, Dumbbells, bands, balls and a step. This workout routine has full-body movements, intense ab training and cardio to drive MAJOR progress.
- BOX & BOUND: This class combines intervals of boxing with rebounding on the mini trampoline. Core work is also included. Get your sweat on!
- JUMP!: Try this great cardio workout on the rebounders it is easy on your joints and promotes balance and burns cellulite! All levels welcome.
- STRONG: Let the Beat drive your intensity in this total body workout using your own body weight. This is a great workout for all levels.
- TABATA BOOTCAMP: This class combines different stations with Tabata training – sweaty fun!
- ZUMBA: Ditch the workout and join the party with this hottest new fitness craze. Burn calories and have a whole lot of fun doing it. Dance your way to a fitter you with Zumba! No experience needed- all levels welcome.
