Under the coordination of Michelle Briehler, and suitable for all ages and abilities, Pilates is a method of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The focus in Pilates is on quality of movement rather than quantity, which makes one feel invigorated rather that exhausted after a session. This form of exercise has seen a rapid rise in popularity and PEAC provides classes for the beginner and intermediate enthusiast as well as classes to challenge the more advance member.
