PEAC Offers a Seminar on Women's Health: Navigating the Hormonal Highway
Ewing, New Jersey (September 2015). PEAC Health and Fitness offers a seminar on women’s health Wednesday, September 30th at 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
The seminar titled, “Navigating the Hormonal Highway” explores natural approaches to balancing hormones to impact weight management, improve health, and increase energy. Because hormones impact fat burning and affect energy levels women face unique challenges due to hormonal changes. Participants shall learn how hormonal balance can be managed naturally through proper nutrition and the right types of exercise.
This seminar is presented by fitness expert April James. April is a certified professional fitness educator through the American Aerobics Association International (AAAI/ISMA), a ACSM certified exercise physiologist and practicing personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over thirty years of experience in the field.
