PEAC Health & Fitness and PEAC Performance Sports Training Program announce a new strength and conditioning class "Ready For Duty". This course is an intense eight-week program designed to prepare our next generation of police, firefighters, and military personnel to be all that they can. Participants will be using unique exercises to simulate the extreme conditions their future professional require; they will crawl, jump, run, climb and pull. In addition, sand bags, heavy ropes, weighted vests, and medicine ball techniques will be integrated.
