PEAC TRX Suspension Training
Is a method of functional training that simultaneously develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. It uses the TRX® Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises. Developed by a Navy Seal so he and his comrades could maintain peak condition in the field, TRX® has evolved into the ideal training tool for people of any fitness level, providing a challenging total-body workout.
