Adults and Children Not an athlete – that doesn’t mean you can’t train like one. Functional Fitness Training utilizes challenging athletic workouts that include: resisted sprinting, plyometrics, medicine balls, hurdle & agility ladders, kettlebells, calisthenics, TRX systems and more.
