Class Instructors at PEAC

The fitness instructors here at PEAC will motivate, instruct, and lead individuals in routine and/or specialized exercise programs. We offer various classes broken into five distinct groupings, Cross Training, Mental/Body, Specialty, Spin, and Tone, Strength, and Conditioning classes. Our classes welcome all, however some classes are geared for beginners and others for advanced.

All of our classes are set for about 55 minutes, we do offer some classes in express format, classes that are shorter or longer then normal will be marked as such. Please arrive to class a few minutes early to get settled and ready for the class.
