PEAC continues to build its reputation with the goal to provide professional service and quality programs in a first class facility. Guided by our mission we continue developing relationships to assist members in reaching their fitness goals. We are not just about selling memberships, our goal is to establish relationships.
PEAC strives to provide a team spirited and professional working environment in a spacious and modern facility. Professionally staffed with leadership in each department enables us to work as a team with common goals and objectives.
Our administrative staff performs a wide-range of tasks and responsibilities. Based on desire, performance, experience and availability, administrative personnel, either part time or full time, typically support the service desk, answer phones, perform facility tours, administer agreements and forms, data entry, support other departments and greet or interact with members.
Our professional and courteous KidSpace caregivers provide a safe and friendly environment for our members’ children. We view childcare as one of the most important areas of the Club and more than just a place to leave a child. Interaction, activities, and relationships with the parent and child are the reasons PEAC’s KidSpace is extraordinary. Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8am to 1pm and in the evening from 4:30pm to 8:30pm Monday through Thursday and 4:30pm to 7:30pm on Friday. We seek courteous, patient and experienced individuals to compliment our caregivers on a part-time basis.
Facility Maintenance & Housekeeping Services
PEAC prides itself for superior maintenance of its facilities and equipment. Housekeeping is another integral part of maintenance and we strive to keep the facilities clean for our members. Both our Maintenance and Housekeeping staff work together as a team in keeping PEAC looking spectacular.
With over 25 qualified instructors on our staff and certified in various activities such as group cycling, yoga, Tai Chi, group exercise and Pilates, PEAC provides part-time opportunities for instructors looking to teach as few as one class per week to teaching on a daily basis. With an ever-changing schedule providing over 80 classes per week, we are interested in your qualifications and ability to interact with our members while providing top-notch instruction for all ages and ability levels.
PEAC has a very qualified team of massage therapists that can provide a diversified menu of modalities which include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular, Polarity, Trager, Geriatric Massage, stress management and chair massage. Because we are not a full service spa, we are not seeking to expand our services to include full service treatments. We may however, based upon future therapist experience, consider expanding our services to possibly include salt scrubs and other types of complimentary treatments.
We regard this aspect of our operation as a top priority. This department assists with prospective members’ introduction to the Club either by a walk through tour or possibly a scheduled session with a fitness professional to experience the facility. When becoming a member, these qualified fitness professionals will guide members through an orientation process and continue to be available for on-going support or motivation.
As PEAC expands, we will be seeking to expand our programs in many areas as well. Those areas being considered are Athletic Performance/ Training, Team Training to include speed and agility enhancement, organized racquet or basketball activities and community awareness programs in conjunction with outside medical providers or professionals.
Certified personal trainers at PEAC assist our members in achieving their fitness goals on a one-to-one, team or group basis. We seek professional individuals who may encompass a diverse resume of education and/or experience.

PEAC Health & Fitness offers internship experience to college students pursuing a career in the sports and fitness industry. Our internship program provides comprehensive, hands-on experience to complement traditional classroom studies, and we strive to help the student gain educational value from their time at PEAC.
Our internship program is designed to give a broad overview of a fitness center’s goals and operations, and with four potential areas of concentration, students are able to dedicate a portion of their internship hours to their specific area of interest. Interns may elect to concentrate on: a general Commercial Fitness Center experience, Children’s Fitness and Recreation, Sports Performance and Training in PEAC Performance, or Sports and Recreation for Youth in PEACturf. Each of these curriculums includes focused learning objectives, and will be tailored to incorporate the student’s goals and fulfill their individual school requirements.
Interns at PEAC Health & Fitness are immersed in the fitness center experience in an effort to provide a valuable, real-world education. We strive to assign realistic, meaningful and challenging tasks to the students as a way to increase their learning experience. Interns at PEAC are never bored! We welcome interns as part of the PEAC team and value their contributions.
