Our Group Exercise Program is happy to provide a wide variety of classes and encourages you to work at your own pace! All classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise stated.

Cross Training Classes

  • BOOT CAMP: The military-inspired workout burns serious calories. Built on three fundamentals of training: cardio, strength, and agility—boot-camp workouts require little more than your body weight to get results, but weights are incorporated. The exercises will target muscles throughout your entire body and can be more effective than equipment-based exercises that isolate one single muscle group at a time. Make use of the studio, track, PEACturf, and sometimes even outdoors to crush your workout!
  • BOX AND BOUND: This POWER packed class combines high intensity interval training on the rebounders with extreme boxing drills to torch calories, burn cellulite, improve balance, AND develop greater strength. All levels are welcome.Forever Young Classes
  • CARDIO INTERVAL: Try a safe and heart-healthy aerobics class to energize your active lifestyle using low-impact movements that focus specifically on building upper-body and core strength plus cardio endurance. This class is perfect for our FOREVER YOUNG community, and is welcoming to all.
  • CHAIR YOGA FUSION: With a chair for support, this class challenges the body and mind through strengthening, stretching, relaxing and breathing. Flexibility, and muscle tone will continually improve as your mind, body and spirit work together in harmony. This YOGA class is combined with joint mobility exercises that focus on increasing flexibility, mobility, and reducing stress on joints. This class is for those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor and prefer a chair to support their fitness goals.
  • CORE & MORE EXPRESS: This 30 minute express class focuses on strengthening the core and improving balance, with segments of endurance strength work. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises. Hand-held weights and an exercise ball are used to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and to improve upon activities for daily living. This class is perfect for our FOREVER YOUNG community, and is welcoming to all.
  • CORE & MORE EXPRESS: This standing 30 minute express class works on functional movements of the core (midsection of the body) to focus on improving stability, strength and balance.
  • TABATA BOOT CAMP: The military-inspired workout is fused with high intensity interval training. Built on three fundamentals of training: cardio, strength, and agility—boot-camp workouts require little more than your body weight to get results, but weights and the treadmill are incorporated. The exercises will target muscles throughout your entire body and make you heart pump. This class meets at the TREADMILL line in the front of the club.
  • EASY RIDER SPIN: This 30 minute express class takes all of the great benefits of PEAC Spin, but is focused on setting your own pace in a gentler environment. The class is performed on a stationary bike to simulate a realistic bike ride using music and an instructor as a motivator. The class is only 30 minutes. The music is slightly lower. Easy Rider Spin is great for people who want a motivating workout where YOU are in control of your own intensity and pace.
  • FABULOUSLY FIT FOR FALL: This high energy calorie torching class is the secret to a strong, sculpted, body for Fall. A twofer tone-up routine that intersperses high-octane cardio bursts with muscle-burning strength moves. The result: strength and confidence. The exercises in this class are especially effective to jump start your fall routine. All levels are welcome.
  • FAT BURNING PILATES: This class integrates the Pilates principles of control, balance and posture into a fast-paced, truly fat-burning workout. You’ll mix graceful, ballet-inspired movements with traditional cardio favorites as you continually emphasize the core-strengthening elements that Pilates mat has to offer. Widdle away belly fat and have fun in a gentle setting! All levels are welcome.
  • GOOD MORNING PUMP!: Wake up with weights! This strength focused workout is for the early birds looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using a 3 pound bar with interchangeable weight plates with lots of repetition, Good morning Pump gives you a total body workout. Pump instructors will coach you through the moves and techniques while pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to start your day!
  • HAVE A BALL: This one of a kind class focuses on stability. Using a large exercise ball and mat you will improve balance, posture and alignment while building core strength. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. You will also strengthen your arms and core. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. This class is perfect for our FOREVER YOUNG community, and is welcoming to all. This class meets on the TRACK.
  • JUMP!: This POWER packed class combines high intensity interval training on the rebounders with extreme core exercises to torch calories, burn cellulite, improve balance, AND develop greater core strength. All levels are welcome. This class is done mostly on the rebounder.
  • JUST DANCE!: This 45 minute class is a higher intensity dance workout that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. JUST DANCE! is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. The class focuses on cardio endurance by starting with popular group dances as a warm up and then building into simple dance moves paired with fun, upbeat music, bringing you a great cardio workout. No dance experience is necessary.
  • KICK & SCULPT: This action packed class utilizes weights, and medicine balls for conditioning as well as kick boxing and boxing drills to boost strength and metabolism.  Awesome calorie burn. Great stress buster. Plus it’s fun! All levels welcome.
  • LUNCH BREAK YOGA: Take a break from your day and spend lunch with us! Enjoy a 30 minute flow-style class that will help move your body and increase metabolism. This class is designed to provide you with that extra energy to get you through that afternoon drag and keep you invigorated throughout the day! All levels are welcome.
  • H.I.I.T: This 55 minute HIIT class , or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. This intense class will help burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts. Modifications will be shown. All levels are welcome.

  • MANIAC MONDAY: No more boring cardio! This power packed 55 minute all cardio class starts with 30 minutes of spinning followed by intervals of kick boxing, step, high and low impact cardio drills, weight training, and some fun on the track. This is the perfect way to burn off the weekend. All levels are welcome.
  • PEAC FIT: Utilizing the “crossfit” prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” PeacFit combines strength training with a cardio workout. PeacFit classes run an hour in length, and on any given day, you could be working on skills like push ups, a back squat, or rowing on the erg mixed with some burpees. What’s really great is that within these workouts, movements can be scaled down (or up!) for any level of fitness at any age, so they’re challenging every time. And, because you never know what to expect with PeacFit, it promises an engaging, exciting experience every time you walk through the door—which is why we all love it! All levels are welcome.
  • REBOUND WEIGHTS & CORE: This POWER packed class combines rebounding, intervals of full body weight work, and extreme core exercises to torch calories, burn cellulite, improve balance, sculpt lean muscle, AND develop greater core strength. All levels are welcome.
  • TURF BOOT CAMP: Come to PeacTurf for your lunch break! This 30 minute power workout burns serious calories. Built on three fundamentals of training: cardio, strength, and agility—boot-camp workouts require little more than your body weight to get results, but weights are incorporated. The exercises will target muscles throughout your entire body and can be more effective than equipment-based exercises that isolate one single muscle group at a time. All levels are welcome.
  • WALK N’ WEIGHTS EXPRESS: This 30 minute class combines strength and cardio. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Intervals of strength using hand-held weights and a few laps around the track, will keep your body and heart strong. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. This class is perfect for our FOREVER YOUNG population, and is welcoming to all.
